All treatment is provided on a private basis. Each of the practices listed on this site is registered with and inspected by the Care Quality Commission.

If something goes wrong

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care, please raise it with me directly in the first instance, or with the practice manager at the practice where you were treated, most concerns are resolved quickly that way. Each practice operates a formal written complaints procedure, a copy of which is available on request.

If a complaint cannot be resolved locally, private patients may refer the matter to the Dental Complaints Service on 020 8253 0800, and concerns about a dental professional's fitness to practise may be raised with the General Dental Council.
